Staff is exceptional. I booked last minute my wife and I, and her family, who had been evacuated from their village on the Cambodian border, due to gun fire and shelling. The staff was extremely understanding and helpful. We arrived at nearly 3am. The night crew was spot on! Everything we needed. The day crew the next day equally willing and able to facilitate any request. Due to the ongoing hostilities, we have had to extend the rooms many times. I can not thank them enough for their graciousness all the way thru, in managing to keep them in the same rooms(ages 5 to 75), and helping them while my wife and I returned to Bangkok for my flight. Again, a huge thanks to both crews for helping my family thru a very trying time!

We picked Sky View Resort because it was in walking distance of Chang Arena for us to go see the Buriram-Ratchaburi football game. The concierge was very helpful with our travel arrangements and other needs. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was excellent.

I was overly impressed manager Naiyana Tarerrgram she was perfect. Sociable. Excellent customer service. I accect 2 the company. I would glady go back to sky view and recommend 2 my friends and family. Best hotel so far

The resort pool was closed,but you could use the hotel pool👍🇹🇭too many ants 🐜 for my liking but they did spray the room when I complained
